Application Description
Card-Based Golf Game Simulation
This is a simulation of the Golf card game, played with a standard 52-card deck and two Jokers. Each player receives six face-down cards from the deck, while the remaining cards form a face-down stock pile with the top card turned up to create the discard pile next to it.
The goal is for players to minimize the total value of their cards by either swapping them for lower-value cards or by pairing cards of equal rank in columns. The player with the lowest score wins, and the one with the highest score loses. The game consists of a total of nine rounds.
Starting to the dealer's left, players take turns drawing one card from either the stock or discard pile. The drawn card can be swapped with one of the player's six cards or discarded immediately. If exchanged with a face-down card, the new card is placed face up. If the drawn card is discarded, the turn passes to the next player. A round concludes once all of a player's cards are face up.
The game includes nine "holes" (rounds), and the player with the lowest cumulative score is declared the winner.
