Application Description

If you're a fan of classic card games, then Tri Peaks solitaire, also known as Three Peaks, Tri Towers, or Triple Peaks, is a must-try. This engaging solitaire card game is played with a single deck, and your mission is to clear three peaks formed by cards arranged in a unique setup.

The game begins with eighteen cards laid out face-down on the tableau, creating three pyramids. Each pyramid has three overlapping tiers, which add to the challenge and excitement. On top of these pyramids, you'll find ten cards dealt face-up, setting the stage for your strategic moves. The remaining twenty-four cards form the stock, and the first card from this stock is placed in the waste pile, ready to start your journey.

The key to success in Tri Peaks is to move cards from the tableau to the waste pile. You can do this if the card you wish to move is either one rank higher or lower than the top card on the waste pile, regardless of suit. This creates a dynamic sequence (e.g., 7-8-9-10-9-10-J-10-9-8, and so on) that you continue until you can't make any more moves. As you clear cards, any face-down cards that are no longer covered are turned face-up, giving you more opportunities to progress.
