Après la sortie de Dynasty Warriors: Origins, Koei Tecmo a lancé un autre ajout passionnant au genre Musou avec Warriors: Abyss , disponible à partir d'aujourd'hui. Ce nouveau jeu Roguelite rassemble des personnages bien-aimés de la série Warriors, offrant une nouvelle version du genre.

Présenté dans l'état de jeu de PlayStation d'aujourd'hui, Warriors: Abyss permet aux joueurs de former une équipe et de se battre à travers des hordes d'ennemis dans une vue isométrique, s'inspirant de jeux comme Diablo et des Hadès acclamés par la critique. Les joueurs navigueront à travers les profondeurs de «l'enfer», face aux ennemis démoniaques en cours de route.

Le jeu présente des personnages emblématiques de la franchise Warriors, notamment Zhou Yu, Nobunaga Oda et Sunshang Xiang, comme on le voit dans les images de révélation d'aujourd'hui. Selon le blog PlayStation, les joueurs peuvent recruter et ajouter ces personnages à leur équipe, en utilisant leurs capacités d'invocation uniques. Lors du lancement, les joueurs peuvent commander jusqu'à sept héros actifs à partir d'une liste de 100 guerriers.

Koei Tecmo prévoit d'étendre la gamme de personnages après le lancement, en commençant par des ajouts du royaume Jin dans Dynasty Warriors. Le développeur a fait allusion à de futures vagues de personnages, y compris des inclusions potentielles de Beyond the Warriors.

Warriors: Abyss est maintenant disponible sur PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S et PC via Steam. Il sera également lancé sur Nintendo Switch le 13 février 2025. Les fans désireux de prendre l'ensemble de costumes de Dynasty Warriors dans le jeu devraient acheter le jeu avant le 14 mars 2025.
