GPS Tracking Device Status App for Drivers

This app is designed to help drivers manage and share various work-related information effectively with the company's Web Console, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the following areas:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

   The TMS menu is dedicated to managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. It allows you to view your current location through the GPS device or the Mobile Tracker menu, as well as the destination for product delivery. This menu also provides updates on delivery status.

2. Maintenance Menu

   This menu is used to record vehicle maintenance activities. Data and reports can be summarized via the Web Console and are categorized into the following types:

   • Refuel
   • Maintenance/Service
   • Vehicle condition checks
   • Repair items

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

   The Mobile Tracker menu enables the determination of the driver's location using a mobile device, serving as an alternative to installing a GPS device. The app will send and store GPS location data in the system while tracking is active, with the option to turn off data transmission. This feature can be integrated with other menus such as the TMS and Vehicle Tracking menus. Data summaries and reports in various formats can be accessed through the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker menu requires additional permissions for certain device functionalities:

   • Continuous access to location to request GPS data without needing to open the app, enhancing user convenience.

   • Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION) to manage GPS data efficiently and conserve energy across different modes:

     1. Still: GPS data is requested every 1 minute, and in Power Save Mode, it is requested every 5 minutes.
     2. Working: When walking, GPS data is requested every 1 minute.
     3. In Vehicle: GPS data is sent every second for precise distance and speed tracking, but normally sent every 1 minute.

     Power Save Mode activates after being still for more than 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting walking or vehicle activity.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu

   This menu displays real-time location information from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices and various work statuses. It also allows access to historical data in multiple formats, such as:

   • Device information
   • Notification settings
   • Daily travel summary data
   • GPS movement data at desired intervals
   • Additional data from installed equipment like MDVR, TPMS (if available)

Additionally, policies related to data collection and usage can be found in the user account menu, including:

• Terms and conditions of use
• Personal information protection policy
• Cookie Policy
