Improvements to the French dictionary (thanks to feedback from @mccoys):
* Enhanced board selection: Letter probabilities are now based on their frequency in the dictionary.
* Removed the letters à, ö, ü, and ë: These appear in fewer than 50 words, mostly in loanwords.
* The letter Q is now always followed by U.
