• Download the app and register in just a few minutes. All you need is your phone number and a bank card.
• Locate the nearest e-scooter or bike using the in-app map.
• Scan the QR code on the wheel, select your preferred tariff plan, and hit "Start."
• Unlock your ride, give a gentle push to get going, and use the right-side lever to accelerate.
• Easily lock your scooter or bike at any of the hundreds of available parking lots to end your rental.
• Monitor the scooter's battery level to ensure you can complete your ride and park on time.

With Urent's multi-rent feature, you can rent up to five scooters and/or bikes under one account. Simply scan the QR codes of each vehicle to start your group adventure.

Need to pause your ride? Use the booking and standby mode to reserve a bike or e-scooter for up to 10 minutes. You can also lock your e-scooter during the rental, keeping it safe while you take a quick break.
