Application Description

Mushaf is a free and user-friendly app designed for reading the Quran, offering a comprehensive electronic Quran experience with unique features tailored for reading, listening, and memorizing, especially suited for children, along with interpretation options.

The app includes a built-in digital version of the traditional paper Mushaf, complete with Tafsir, allowing you to access these resources offline without an internet connection.

Mushaf features an advanced indexing system that organizes the Quran into parts, as well as an index by Sura, enabling you to search efficiently across both indexes.

It provides access to multiple versions of the Quran, including Mosshaf Al-Madina, Mosshaf Al-Tajweed (colored according to Tajweed rules), and Mosshaf Warsh (Rewayat Warsh An-Nafei').

For audio enthusiasts, the app offers gapless playback of recitations by numerous renowned reciters, including Rewayat Hafs, Warsh, and Qaloon.

You can search through the entire Quran text or within specific Suras, and share Quran text or images easily.

Mushaf also includes Arabic Tafsir (Commentary) from respected sources such as Al-Saa'di, Ibn-Katheer, Al-Baghawy, Al-Qortoby, Al-Tabary, and Al-Waseet, along with text translations of the Quran's meanings in English and French.

For those interested in grammar, the app provides E'rab (Grammar) of the Quran by Qasim Da'aas.

It features a split-screen option for viewing the Quran alongside Tafsir, and you can switch pages effortlessly using swipes or volume buttons.

Bookmarking is made simple with a swipe of the bookmark handle, and you can keep the screen always on while reading. The app also offers a night mode for comfortable reading in low light, and allows you to convert Quran text with adjustable font sizes.

Mushaf syncs recitation with the Aya's position on the page, highlighting the Aya as it is recited, and offers the ability to repeat verses. Audio continues playing even when the app is closed, with a controller available in the notification area.
