The My Health Portal App enables you to evaluate your health status.

With the My Health Portal App, you can complete a brief health assessment and receive personalized recommendations to improve your lifestyle. You can then take action by joining straightforward and engaging activity trackers. When enrolled in a tracker, you can sync data from your connected devices via the Health Connect app for a seamless experience. For instance, if you join a running tracker, authorizing access to Health Connect will automatically sync your running data with the tracker each time you open the app.

This app may be offered through your employer's voluntary health and wellness program, and all your information is kept strictly confidential.
