Wordsmiths, get ready for a new word game challenge! Letterlike, a roguelike word game from the developers, blends the best of Balatro and Scrabble. Prepare for a unique mix of vocabulary and roguelike unpredictability – a truly novel combination!

Crafting Words in Letterlike

As a roguelike, Letterlike offers a fresh set of letter combinations and challenges with each playthrough, all procedurally generated. The possibilities are endless, leading to countless victories.

Each game begins with a random selection of letters. Your goal: create meaningful words, earn points, and progress through levels. Each level consists of three rounds.

To advance, you must accumulate enough points by forming high-scoring words, similar to Scrabble. However, you only have five attempts (lives) per round, so choose your words carefully.

Facing a challenging set of letters? Don't worry! You can discard some letters, but discards are limited, so strategic choices are key.

A helpful rearrange mode allows you to drag, drop, and shuffle letters to find the best word combinations.

The final round of each level introduces a twist: some letters become useless, yielding zero points.

Earned points and rewards can be spent on power-ups to enhance your gameplay. Some buffs are automatic, while others unlock at specific levels. Collected gems also unlock powerful upgrades, simplifying future runs.

Ready to Play?

Letterlike is simple, minimalist, and highly replayable. Share game seeds with friends to replay specific runs together – perfect for sharing those frustrating letter combinations!

The game is ad-free with a single in-app purchase and offers offline play. A free demo version is available to try before you buy. Find Letterlike on the Google Play Store and give the demo a whirl!
