DC's All In publishing initiative empowers renowned creators to reimagine the iconic heroes of the DC universe, free from the shackles of existing continuity. Led by industry stalwarts Scott Snyder and Joshua Williamson, this initiative introduces the Absolute Universe, which builds upon and follows the Absolute Power arc that concluded in late 2024. This ambitious new storyline establishes a novel status quo for the legendary trio of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, promising to defy all expectations for fans familiar with these characters.
Since its launch in October, the Absolute Universe has been captivating audiences, but with multiple ongoing titles, it can be challenging to follow the intricate plotlines, timelines, and character developments. To help you navigate this expansive universe, we've compiled a comprehensive guide to the chronology and reading order of DC's Absolute Universe in 2025.
Note: It's important not to confuse the Absolute Universe titles with DC's "Absolute" series of collected editions, such as the new Absolute Batman: Zero Year. These are entirely separate entities.
