After a long wait, Toby Fox confirmed DELTARUNE Chapter 4 is nearing completion. He stated the chapter is in its final polishing stages, with maps and battles finalized, requiring only minor tweaks. Chapter 3 has been completed for some time, and he plans a simultaneous release of both paid chapters across all platforms. He explained this simultaneous release is the reason for the extended development time, as they are taking extra care to ensure a perfect launch.
