Infinity Nikki announces compensation packages following technical issues in its Version 1.5 rollout. Discover what rewards players will receive and how developer Infold Games intends to address the update's shortcomings.
Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 Patch Overview
Compensatory Diamonds Distributed
The highly anticipated Version 1.5 update fell short of player expectations, prompting Infold Games to issue an apology via Twitter/X on May 18th. The developers acknowledged unstable gameplay and underwhelming content, pledging compensatory measures.
Technical glitches plagued multiple platforms, with some rendering the game temporarily unplayable. A controversial system revision increased 5-star outfit completion costs from 9-10 pieces to 11 pieces, pushing the maximum pull requirement to 220 - substantially raising both time and resource investments for collectors.

The introduced dye system frustrated players with its convoluted palette unlocking mechanics per clothing item. The Threads of Reunion storyline was temporarily shelved while its associated outfit remains in development. "Technical challenges prevented proper implementation of the Sea of Stars chapter narrative and Threads of Reunion setup, causing unintended confusion," Infold admitted.
Responding to community backlash, the studio stated: "All players will receive daily compensation of 120 Diamonds and 1 Energy Crystal from June 5-12, totaling 960 Diamonds and 8 Energy Crystals."
Despite these reparations, players continue expressing concerns about the flawed pity system, dye mechanics, and numerous bugs through official channels, awaiting concrete solutions.
Version 1.6 Postponement

The troubled Version 1.5 launch has extended its runtime, delaying Version 1.6 until June 12, 2025. This postponement affects the game's entire event calendar, including the deferred Starlit Pursuit weekly challenge originally set for May 20.
"This extension allows us to optimize task mechanics for better gameplay," Infold explained. "We'll provide 360 Starlit Crystals as delay compensation, with additional details coming soon."
Future Improvements Planned

"We're addressing Version 1.5 issues incrementally," Infold stated. "Some adjustments require extended development periods and will deploy through phased updates."
The team plans enhanced player communication via the new Miraland Round Table initiative, allowing direct feedback submission through official email (using "Table Advisor" subject line) or in-game Customer Service.
Expressing "both remorse for unmet expectations and gratitude for community support," Infold vows to elevate Infinity Nikki's quality. The title remains available on PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, and PC platforms.
