Brad Winderbaum, head of streaming and TV at Marvel Studios, recently announced an exploration of reuniting the street-level heroes of The Defenders (Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist).

Marvel Studios is currently focusing on developing a larger volume of shows than it produces, adopting a more selective approach as Winderbaum stated to Screen Rant last year: "We’re really being careful about what we choose to do next.”
