Normal rarity Stellar Amulets, possessing only the implicit "+# to All Attributes," hold immense value due to their potential transformation. Using an 
Orb of Chance on these amulets can yield the 
Astramentis Stellar Amulet, one of the game's most coveted Unique Amulets.
Astramentis's power stems from its substantial attribute boost (+80-120 to All Attributes). This synergizes exceptionally well with the 
Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, another highly valuable Unique item, enhancing attack speed and lightning damage based on Intelligence and Dexterity.
Crucially, only 'White' Stellar Amulets can create Astramentis. Blue (Magic) or Yellow (Rare) amulets are unsuitable. This rarity restriction explains the superior value of Normal Stellar Amulets.
The odds of obtaining Astramentis using an Orb of Chance are extremely low, making individual attempts unwise. Even using 100 amulets might not guarantee success. While luck is a factor, the probability is unfavorable.
