Each player starts with 8 cards, and the remaining cards form the "Draw Pile." Flip the top card to begin the "Discard Pile."

On your turn, play a card that matches the top card's color, number, or power. If you can’t play, draw from the Draw Pile. Once you've played, pass your turn to the next player.

Stacking Rule: You can stack +2 and +2 wild power cards to increase the penalty for the next player. Keep in mind, however, that you cannot play a +2 on a +2 wild.

The first player to empty their hand wins the round. The game ends when a player reaches the target score.
