Roulette Horror: Shotgun Duel offers a fresh take on Russian roulette. You will confront a horrifying demon in a deadly game of shotgun roulette. To survive, you must win a best-of-three series. Utilize various tools from your inventory to outsmart the demon—deploy them strategically to formulate your winning approach.

To begin, the dealer loads the shotgun with a random number of shells and reveals them. You then take turns firing at one another until a player loses all their lives.

Your available tools:

Handcuffs - The opponent loses a turn

Cigarettes - Restores one life

Magnifying glass - Identifies the currently loaded shell

Soda - Ejects one shell

Expired medicine - Has a 50% chance to grant 2 lives or cost 1 life

Inverter - Reverses the effect of the current shell

Each round begins with a set number of lives:

Round 1 - 2 lives

Round 2 - 3 lives

Round 3 - 4 lives

The maximum health per round is 4 lives.
