How To Play

*Town of Salem* accommodates 7 to 15 players, each randomly assigned to various alignments such as Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists, and Neutrals. If you're part of the Town (the good guys), your mission is to unearth and stop the Mafia and other nefarious characters before they eliminate you. The challenge? You're in the dark about who's a friend or foe.

On the flip side, if you're cast as a villainous role, like a Serial Killer, your goal is to covertly take out Town members under the cover of night while evading detection.

Roles

With 33 unique roles, *Town of Salem* ensures every game brings a fresh twist. Before diving into a match, players gather in a lobby where the host can customize the roles available for the game. Once the game kicks off, roles are randomly distributed from the selected pool. Each player receives a role card detailing their abilities and alignment. Game Phases

Night

The night phase is when the bulk of the action unfolds. Serial Killers silently strike, Doctors work their healing magic on the attacked, and Sheriffs investigate for any signs of foul play.

Day

Daylight brings the opportunity for Town members to deliberate on who might be the lurking evil. As the voting phase begins, a majority vote can send a suspect to trial.

Defense

During the defense phase, those on trial get their chance to argue their innocence. A compelling defense could save you from the gallows!

Judgement

The fate of the accused is decided in the judgement phase. The town votes on whether to find the defendant guilty, innocent, or to abstain. If the guilty votes outweigh the innocent, the accused meets their end by hanging.

Customization
