Aimed at those mindful of their budget, the Episode One successfully delivers on its promise of affordability. While traditionally projectors come with a hefty price tag, this model stands out by offering a cost-effective solution, despite a few drawbacks.
Upon unboxing, you'll find the projector itself, a remote (batteries not included), a power cable, and a manual. While it doesn't possess the robust build of pricier models, its lighter weight of just three pounds enhances its portability, making it an easy companion for outings.
The unit features limited connectivity options, with only one USB-A port, one HDMI port, and a single audio jack. This is fairly standard for its price range and should suffice for most users' needs.
In terms of performance, the Episode One performs admirably for its cost. With 150 ISO lumens, it's not the brightest projector on the market, particularly struggling in bright sunlight.
