Introducing **Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1**, a revolutionary app designed, developed, and deployed for seamless assessment of rent-ready spaces. Now available in both web and mobile versions across all platforms, this app transforms the way you interact with flexible workspaces.

• **How does it work?**

1. **Download the App**: Start by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.
2. **Scan the QR Code**: Upon entering the workspace, simply scan the QR code.
3. **That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be.**: Once you've scanned, you're all set to enjoy the amenities.

Enjoy the space equipped with high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans from 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, savor unlimited fruits and artisan pastries. When you're ready to leave, whether after a 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code to walk out. Payment is processed automatically upon ending your session.

• **How much does it cost?**

1. **Usage-Based Pricing**: You only pay for the time you spend inside the space at £9.20/hour (or 15p/min), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
2. **Meeting Room**: The meeting room, accommodating up to 6 people, is available at £60/hour (i.e., £50+VAT). Bookings can be made directly through the app in 30-minute slots.

1. **South Kensington**: Our first location is conveniently situated in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
