L'utilisateur de GitHub et élève du secondaire ADING2210, inspiré du projet TETRISPDF, ont relevé ce défi. Tirant l'extraction de JavaScript dans le lecteur PDF d'un navigateur, ADING2210 a surmonté les limitations de sécurité du navigateur à Port Doom à ce format inhabituel.

Les capacités JavaScript du PDF ont permis des calculs complexes, résultant en une version étonnamment jouable de Doom. En utilisant une grille ASCII à six couleurs pour les sprites et les graphiques, Ading2210 a offert une expérience de jeu lisible, quoique lente (80 ms par image).
