The FreeStyle LibreLink app is authorized for use with the FreeStyle Libre sensor. Now you can check your glucose levels by scanning the sensor with your smartphone.

With the FreeStyle LibreLink app you can:

* view current glucose readings, trends, and historical glucose data;

* access reports like Time in Range and Daily Glucose Profiles;

* share your data with your doctor and family members.

USING THE APP AND SENSOR SCANNER TOGETHER

The FreeStyle LibreLink app and the scanner can be used with a single sensor. First, activate the sensor using the scanner, then scan it with your phone.

Please note the app and scanner do not communicate with each other. To ensure complete data capture, scan the sensor with each device at least every 8 hours; otherwise, reports may not contain the full dataset. You can download and view data from all your devices at LibreView.com.

APP INFORMATION

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is intended to measure glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with a sensor. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual available within the app. To request a printed manual, contact Abbott Diabetes Care Customer Service.
