How To Find Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4 Season 7

Upon completion, there's a chance that an Uprooted Cocoon will spawn. However, cracking it open isn't straightforward; it triggers the emergence of Headrotten Bosses. Given the randomness involved, boosting your odds is advisable. The Draught of Whispers Elixir, available from Exposed Roots, Whispers Cache, and Coven's Cache, increases the chance of Fugitive Heads spawning by 50% and also enhances the likelihood of encountering Forgotten Altars.
Difficulty level also plays a critical role in obtaining Fugitive Heads. The resource has a very low spawn rate on difficulties below Torment, which is already challenging to obtain. Casual players might want to gradually acclimate to Torment difficulty before embarking on a Headhunt. Fortunately, Season 7 extends until April, giving players ample time to strategize and collect Fugitive Heads.
