Thomas K. Young has announced a delightful new mobile adventure titled Be Brave, Barb, set to launch on iOS, Android, Steam, and the Nintendo Switch on March 12th. This cactus-themed platformer is the perfect next project for the creator of Dadish, blending gravity-based platforming with a heartwarming journey of self-discovery.
In Be Brave, Barb, players navigate not only the challenges of gravity but also confront their inner insecurities. The game's core theme revolves around boosting self-worth, as you guide Barb through a hundred diverse levels, helping her reclaim her confidence with daily doses of positivity.
The gameplay isn't without its trials; epic bosses threaten to dampen your spirits, and a quirky therapist suggests underthinking as a cure for overthinking. While this advice might raise eyebrows, it adds a unique twist to the narrative, especially when tackling foes like King Cloudy and his minions.
