Players can connect to region-specific servers, and hosts will have controls to set passwords and remove players if needed.

After a successful early March launch on Steam, R.E.P.O. has revealed plans for future updates, including new monsters and achievement support. The first major update for R.E.P.O. will add a new map and a "duck bucket" item to trap the troublesome duck character. Developer Semiwork Studios detailed these plans in a March 15 video, explaining how the item will prevent the duck from following players or activating its monster form.
