Clash Royale is gearing up for a spectacular 9th birthday celebration at the Arena! The 9th birthday season is packed with exciting new challenges, a fresh Evolution, and free chests for all players to enjoy.
The Hunter is stepping into the spotlight with a game-changing upgrade that will alter the dynamics of the battlefield. With the Hunter's Evolution, he now deploys a Net that ensnares the nearest enemy troop, rendering it immobile and unable to attack. If the captured troop is airborne, it gets dragged to the ground, making it susceptible to ground attacks. This makes the Hunter Evolution a strategic choice for neutralizing enemy advances or bolstering your win-condition troops like the Royal Giant.
However, every card has its Achilles' heel. The Ice Spirit or Ice Golem can thwart the Hunter before he can unleash his ability. Keep an eye out for these counters and may fortune favor your battles!
The season is jam-packed with thrilling events. From March 3rd to 10th, dive into the Hunter Evolution Draft, where you can craft decks with Card Evolutions. Following that, from March 10th to 17th, the Evolutions Mayhem event allows you to include up to four Evolution Cards in your deck.
On March 17th, the Champion Triple Draft kicks off and lasts until March 24th, offering a strategic draft-based battle format. From March 24th to 31st, the Mirror, Mirror challenge levels the playing field by providing both players with identical decks.
To wrap up the season, Evolutions Mayhem returns from March 31st to April 7th, this time allowing up to eight Evolution Cards for a truly impactful experience. Each of these challenges comes with its own set of rewards, including Banner Frames, Banner Decorations, and Season Tokens.
In celebration of Clash Royale's 9th birthday, the Supercell Store is offering free gifts. Players in Arenas 2-10 can claim a free King's Chest, while those in Arena 11 and above will receive a Legendary King's Chest.
