Fantastic Four reunites in the upcoming Marvel Rivals update

The Fantastic Four are almost fully assembled in one of this winter's hottest games! Next Friday's major update to Marvel Rivals will introduce The Thing and The Human Torch, completing a much-anticipated team-up.

A ranked mode checkpoint arrives in just 10 days, bringing rewards for all participants. Gold rank players and above will receive exclusive skins, while Grandmasters and beyond will earn a prestigious Crest of Honor.

However, a partial rank reset is also planned, demoting players by four divisions. This decision has drawn criticism, as players feel their hard-earned progress is being unfairly diminished mid-season. The concern is that this could discourage less dedicated players from engaging with the ranked mode.

Developers have acknowledged the negative feedback and indicated a willingness to adapt. If player response remains strongly negative, they've suggested a potential revision to the reset mechanism.
