PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Games Lineup for January 2025 Revealed!
Sony has unveiled the exciting new additions to its PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers for January 2025. Premium subscribers, offering the best value, receive all Extra and Essential titles, plus exclusive Premium-only games and other benefits.
Existing PlayStation Plus members already enjoy a selection of free January 2025 games: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, available until February's update. Both Extra and Premium subscribers can access these alongside the new catalog additions.
Starting Tuesday, January 21st, the PS Plus Extra and Premium libraries expand significantly. Eleven new titles are joining the lineup:
PS Plus Extra:
- ANNO: Mutationem
- Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand
- Citizen Sleeper
- God of War Ragnarök
- Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
- Orcs Must Die! 3
- Poker Club
- Sayonara Wild Hearts
- SD Gundam Battle Alliance
PS Plus Premium (Exclusive):
- Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings
- MediEvil 2
The standout addition is undoubtedly God of War Ragnarök, a critically acclaimed PlayStation masterpiece. Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name also offers a compelling Yakuza-related adventure.
However, Citizen Sleeper, a well-received 2022 RPG, deserves special attention. Its inclusion is perfectly timed, preceding the sequel's release on January 31st.
