Once Human is an immersive multiplayer open-world survival game. The narrative unfolds in a world thrown into chaos by an alien substance known as Stardust, which has contaminated the air, water, animals, and humans alike. As a survivor, you're not just any human; you're a Meta-Human, uniquely equipped to endure this new reality.
The game sets you in the vast 256 square kilometers of the Nalcott (Nekot) continent, a landscape transformed into a challenging terrain. From frozen tundras and erupting volcanoes to treacherous swamps and deceptive desert oases, your survival depends on your ability to adapt. Whether you choose to farm, hunt, or engage in combat, the choice is yours, but survival is the goal.
Your adversaries include zombies—corrupted humans—and bizarre dimensional bosses altered by Stardust. Be cautious, as Stardust can also contaminate your food and water sources. Drinking from the wrong river can decrease your maximum HP and affect your sanity.
The game's crafting system is robust, offering around 100 gun blueprints spread across seven categories, along with various accessories, perks, and upgrades. This allows for extensive customization to suit your playstyle.
Territory building is a central feature of Once Human. With your Territory Core, you can establish a base anywhere on the map. Whether you opt for a simple survival room or an expansive apocalypse mansion complete with a kitchen, patio, and garage, the choice is yours. And if you're not satisfied with your location, you can relocate your entire base to a new spot.
The game supports both PvE and PvP modes, catering to players who enjoy large maps, cooperative battles, and customizable gear. Once Human is available for download on the Google Play Store for Android users.
