While not explicitly explained, this essential tool dramatically boosts your traversal speed, transforming long journeys into quick sprints. How To Summon A Hoverboard In Hyper Light Breaker

Summoning your Hoverboard is surprisingly simple. Just hold down the Dodge button. Your Breaker will dash forward, seamlessly transitioning onto the Hoverboard as long as you maintain the Dodge input.

Controlling the Hoverboard is intuitive. Using the left analog stick gently steers you; leaning into a turn is more effective at slower speeds. To dismount, simply release the Dodge button. Alternatively, the Hoverboard will automatically deactivate if your Energy depletes. Keep an eye on your Energy meter (located next to your Breaker's companion) to avoid unexpected dismounts. Remember to take short breaks to replenish your Energy.
