Pokémon Ecology Encyclopedia

This official Pokémon encyclopedia will delve deeply into the ecology of these beloved creatures, providing a comprehensive analysis from various scientific angles. Pokécology will explore the diet, sleep patterns, physical characteristics, and the intricate interactions Pokémon have with each other and their environment.
The book is a collaboration with leading experts from the University of Tokyo, including veterinary behaviorists and ecology doctors. Spearheading the research is ecologist Yoshinari Yonehara, who has analyzed the behaviors of wild Pokémon. Additionally, the book features stunning full-color illustrations by Chihiro Kino, an artist renowned for her work in animal ecology books.
Pokémon has a rich history of publishing hardcover books that cover everything from stats and battle techniques to engaging stories and game guides. However, Pokécology marks a significant departure by focusing on the biology and ecology of these iconic characters. This approach not only enriches fans' understanding but also serves as an educational tool, particularly for younger audiences, to learn more about the natural world through the lens of Pokémon.
