In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, surviving the Zone's perils requires top-tier gear, and the SEVA-V suit is a prime example. This valuable piece of armor, part of the coveted SEVA series, is surprisingly easy to acquire early in the game—completely free! Its high PSI protection makes it a lifesaver. Here's how to obtain it:
The SEVA-V suit awaits you at the Scientist Helicopter location in the Rostok region, southwest of the Rostok base. You'll find a crashed helicopter amidst an Electro anomaly and a large, rusty crane—your climbing destination.
Upon entering the area, you'll see the crashed chopper and a ladder leading up the crane. Before ascending, use your artifact detector to locate and retrieve an Electro-type artifact from the anomaly field near the helicopter. This will prove helpful.
Now, climb the crane. Once at the top, traverse the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Inside the cabin, you'll discover a bag containing valuable supplies and, most importantly, the SEVA-V suit. Carefully retrace your steps to descend.
The SEVA-V suit, upgradable by Rostok base technician Screw, boasts four artifact slots and excellent radiation protection, along with its impressive PSI resistance. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can net you a substantial amount of in-game currency.
