How to Unlock Great Ape Form in Dragon Soul
The quickest route to obtaining the Great Ape Form is by purchasing it directly from the in-game store for **12,000 Robux**. However, spending $120 might feel a bit extravagant, especially for those aspiring to be the next Goku without breaking the bank.
For those who prefer the challenge, you'll need to reach **level 900** and head to the **Ape Wastelands** to claim your **Saiyan Tail**. To do this, you must battle the **Great Ape**, but be warned: the Saiyan Tail has a mere 1% drop rate, so prepare for multiple encounters.
To reach the Ape Wastelands, you can either fly to the **north-western part of the island** where the Desert Wasteland is located, or opt for a convenient teleport to the Desert Wasteland for a small fee.
The Great Ape spawns on a plateau in the Ape Wasteland, which you can see in the images below. It takes an hour for the Great Ape to appear, or you can expedite the process by paying **5 Robux** to the NPC near the book.
Once you're at the location, remember that the Great Ape is a **world boss**, and you need to deal at least **100,000 damage** to have a chance at obtaining the Saiyan Tail.
After securing your Saiyan Tail, your next challenge is to defeat **Vegeta** 30 times. Vegeta is located near the Great Ape, and each subsequent battle becomes progressively tougher. You can attempt to defeat him once every **12 hours**, which means you're looking at **15 days** of relentless combat.
