Mai Shiranui suscite un intérêt massif pour Street Fighter 6

Les fans de l'emblématique série de jeux de combat sont retournés à Street Fighter 6 pour tester leurs compétences avec un nouveau combattant. Capcom a ravi la communauté en introduisant Mai Shiranui de la série Fatal Fury dans leur jeu acclamé. Au 31 décembre 2024, Street Fighter 6 compte 4,4 millions d'exemplaires impressionnants vendus, et bien que certains fans sentent que le jeu manquait de contenu, l'ajout de Mai a revitalisé la base des joueurs.

Mai Shiranui marque le troisième combattant introduit lors de la deuxième saison, renforçant considérablement la popularité du jeu. Le jour où Mai a été libéré a vu un pic de plus de 63 000 joueurs simultanés sur Steam, un saut substantiel par rapport au sommet précédent de 24 à 27 mille joueurs, marquant le nombre de joueurs simultanés le plus élevé depuis mai 2024.

Les joueurs avec une passe de bataille peuvent débloquer Mai Shiranui. En mode tournée mondiale , les amateurs peuvent forger des relations avec Mai, maîtriser ses mouvements, puis mettre leurs compétences à l'épreuve dans le Hub Battle . De plus, un deuxième costume inspiré par son apparition dans Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves a été introduit pour Mai.

Le Hub Battle accueille également un invité temporaire, le professeur Woshige, une figure renommée de la communauté du jeu de combat. Les joueurs ont l'occasion de découvrir son style unique jusqu'au 10 mars. Parallèlement à l'introduction de Mai, les rangs et les récompenses de New Master League ont été ajoutés, enrichissant le paysage concurrentiel de Street Fighter 6 .

Capcom a publié une bande-annonce passionnante présentant les techniques dynamiques de Mai Shiranui, déclenchant davantage l'anticipation et l'engagement parmi la base de fans dédiée du jeu.
