Starting today, Amazon has slashed the price of the brand-new 2025 11th-generation Apple iPad (A16). The Blue and Yellow base models, featuring 128GB of storage and Wi-Fi connectivity, are now available for $319.99—a $30 discount from their original price. This represents the best deal yet for the latest iPad since its release earlier this year, making it an excellent gift idea for Mother's Day, celebrated on May 11. Based on past trends, this limited-time offer likely won’t last long, as only a few color options are eligible for such a significant discount.

For most users, the standard iPad strikes the perfect balance between affordability and functionality, offering all the advantages of iOS along with impressive performance. Launched on March 12, 2025, this generation marks a notable upgrade over its predecessor, released in October 2022. Key improvements include a more powerful A16 chip, increased RAM (6GB vs. 4GB), and double the storage (128GB vs. 64GB). Interestingly, the starting price of $349 is lower than the previous generation’s launch price of $399.
The iPad retains several key features from its predecessor, including a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2360x1640 pixels (264 ppi), USB Type-C charging, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and the same camera system. It remains compatible with the Magic Folio keyboard and the newer Apple Pencil with USB-C, making it a versatile choice for students and professionals alike.
