Best Buy is offering a fantastic deal on a high-performance Alienware laptop. For a limited time – Friday and Saturday only – snag the Alienware m16 R2 RTX 4070 gaming laptop for just $1,374.99 with free shipping. That's a significant $500 savings compared to Dell's direct price. The m16 R2 is Alienware's top-selling gaming laptop, a testament to its exceptional build quality, powerful performance, and competitive price. The "R2," the 2024 second-generation model, is 14% lighter and more compact than its predecessor without sacrificing performance.
### Alienware m16 R2 16" QHD+ Intel Core Ultra 7 155H RTX 4070 Gaming Laptop: 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
$1,899.99 was $1,899.99 now $1,374.99 at Best BuyThis impressive laptop boasts a 16" 2560x1600 QHD+ display, an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, a GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5600MHz RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The Intel Core Ultra 7 155H is a power-efficient, low-voltage Meteor Lake CPU with a max turbo frequency of 4.8GHz and 16 cores. While Best Buy offers a Core Ultra 9 model for $300 more, most gamers will find the 4070's GPU performance sufficient, as games are typically more GPU-bound than CPU-bound.
However, a powerful GPU is crucial for smooth gameplay at the display's higher 2560x1600 resolution. Alienware's m16 laptops never throttle the GPU, and this RTX 4070, with its 115W (140W with Dynamic Boost) TGP, delivers exceptional performance. Expect smooth 60fps or higher frame rates in most games at 1600p, especially with DLSS 3.0 support.
Best Buy, an authorized Dell retailer, provides the same 1-year warranty as purchasing directly from Dell. This laptop is currently in stock with delivery within a week.
