The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, released in late February with an initial price tag of $749.99, has quickly become a hot commodity. However, due to widespread price markups, finding this GPU at its original price is nearly impossible. You're more likely to encounter prices starting at $1,000 across various sellers and manufacturers. This price surge is a common trend seen throughout the Blackwell lineup.
Fortunately, there's a savvy workaround: purchasing a prebuilt gaming PC. Amazon currently offers CyberpowerPC RTX 5070 Ti gaming desktops starting at $2,069.99. This pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering the RTX 5070 Ti's performance, which closely rivals that of the RTX 4080 Super, even before considering the impact of DLSS 4. For comparison, the best deal on an RTX 4080 Super gaming PC from HP is listed at $2,299.99. Unless you're tied to a specific brand, opting for one of these prebuilt systems could be your best bet.

My top pick among these configurations is the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD. In our review, Jackie Thomas praised the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D for its exceptional gaming performance, stating, "The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is extremely powerful in games, making it a better choice than other recent processors like the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K or Ryzen 9 9900X. Especially when paired with a powerful graphics card, the 9800X3D maximizes performance."
Among all the Blackwell cards released so far, the RTX 5070 Ti stands out as the best value option. It matches the performance of the RTX 4080 Super and even competes with the RTX 5080, which is only 10%-15% faster but costs 33% more. This GPU excels in delivering high framerates across nearly all games, even at 4K resolution with ray tracing enabled. Additionally, for those interested in AI applications, the RTX 5070 Ti offers excellent value compared to the RTX 50870, both equipped with 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
"At $749, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti emerges as the premier 4K graphics card for the majority of users, offering superior value compared to the RTX 5080 or 5090. Throughout my testing, this GPU excelled at 4K resolutions, closely matching the performance of far more expensive cards. And with multi-frame generation, the RTX 5070 Ti's ability to achieve extremely high framerates becomes even more pronounced, though with some latency considerations."

HP is currently offering a significant discount on its HP Omen 45L, equipped with a 14th-gen Intel Core i7-14700K CPU and GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU, now priced at $2,299.99 after a $700 instant savings. This powerhouse can handle any game at up to 4K resolution. Its performance is nearly on par with the RTX 5070 Ti and about 10% less than the RTX 5080, with the same amount of VRAM, albeit using GDDR6 instead of GDDR7.
