Anime Vanguards' Winter Update 3.0: A Festive Frost of New Content
Roblox developer Kitawari has unleashed Anime Vanguards Winter Update 3.0, a significant overhaul bringing a revamped lobby, expanded unit roster, and numerous quality-of-life improvements to this popular tower defense game. The update introduces a wealth of winter-themed additions designed to keep players engaged for weeks.
The most striking change is the completely redesigned lobby, offering anime fans a more spacious and visually appealing starting point. This is complemented by a remastered user interface, particularly a significantly improved stage selection screen. As Kitawari explains in the patch notes, the previous lobby was too cramped, prompting the creation of a new lobby described as "10x more impressive," even featuring a customizable day/night cycle accessible in the settings.
Key additions in Anime Vanguards Winter Update 3.0 include:
- New Game Modes: "Portals," a mode encouraging the use of winter units and skins for enhanced rewards, and "Sandbox Mode," allowing unrestricted experimentation with strategies.
- 12 New Units: These are distributed across a new Winter Banner, the Portals game mode, the battle pass, and leaderboard rewards. Specific units include Emmie (and her Ice Witch variant), Rom and Ran, Foboko, Karem, Rogita, Soburo, Regnaw, Dodara, Sosora, Seban, Rodock, and Giyu.
