Cozy Grove, the hit Apple Arcade game is a perfect blend of adorable and haunting. And it’s back with a sequel that’s just dropped on Android. Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit is the game I’m talking about, and if you remember, we already dropped the news when it was up for pre-registration.
In this new sequel by Netflix Games, you’re still playing as a Spirit Scout. You’ll help the ghostly bears figure out why they were stuck on the island. On the way, you’ll embark on small quests, plant trees and flowers, catch critters and fish, and maybe even chat with some weird cats and a talking campfire.
Befriending ghostly animals and bringing joy back to the place is the main task in Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit. The game’s daily progression follows the real-world calendar, so every day brings something new. You can customize your island and even go fishing.
There are new companions like a pup and a snail to keep you company. You’ll meet Kumari, Kyli and Orsina, alongside old friends like Flamey and Mr. Kit. In the middle of the game every day, the Ghostbears even take a break and leave you free to decorate, craft or just chill until the next day. Flamey will tell you that the island’s spirit wood is depleted, signalling a good stopping point.
New features have been added in Camp Spirit. There’s an option to send and receive gifts from your real-life friends by using your Netflix handle. You can find these gifts by digging around the island. Also, you can go power washing, which you do by squeezing a fish. It lets you spruce up the place.

If you are, then you can grab Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit for free on the Google Play Store. While the original Cozy Grove is still available on PC and consoles, Camp Spirit is exclusive to Netflix subscribers on Android and iOS. This change left a lot of mobile players upset since the original was removed from Apple Arcade earlier this year.
