Uncovering the Practical Pockets Map treasure in Avowed is surprisingly straightforward once you obtain the map from The Gifted Magpie shop. This guide provides clear directions to locate this hidden chest.

Unlike some cryptic treasure maps, this one's location is relatively easy to pinpoint. The key is knowing where to fast travel and the correct direction.

The Practical Pockets Map treasure is situated northeast of the Ranger Headquarters in Emerald Stair, as shown on the map above.

Fast travel to the Rolling Crags Beacon. Turn right and proceed directly, keeping the Ranger Headquarters to your right. Continuously monitor your map to ensure you're heading towards the marker. You'll reach a cliff edge with a slight drop – be mindful of potential enemy encounters.

Upon reaching the destination, look down to spot the distinctively orange-glowing Practical Pockets treasure chest. Inside awaits the Hjilde’s Handy Hide, a unique piece of light armor.
