Does *Avowed* Have New Game Plus?

Many RPG fans relish replaying the main quest on higher difficulties with acquired skills and gear. Unfortunately, Avowed doesn't currently offer New Game Plus. While not available at launch, it's a feature many players are requesting, so future updates or DLC might include it.

However, even without New Game Plus, replayability exists. Avowed's impactful choices create diverse storylines and character builds, making a fresh playthrough worthwhile to explore different endings and character paths.

Does *Avowed* Have Endgame Content?

Avowed features four main regions, a secret final area, and a revisit to a major city (details withheld to avoid spoilers). Legendary-quality weapons and gear are crucial for conquering these challenging final areas. However, this late-game difficulty doesn't carry over to earlier regions, and no new areas unlock after completing the main story. This means you can't revisit the Living Lands as they've been shaped by your choices.

What You Can Do After Beating *Avowed*

Avowed's post-game is relatively limited due to the lack of New Game Plus and endgame content. After the final encounter, you'll watch several minutes of cutscenes showing the consequences of your decisions. Then, you're returned to the main menu.

From there, you can start a new game or reload a previous save. Autosaves from before the point of no return and the final encounter are accessible. This allows you to replay those sections, making different choices to experience alternate story outcomes and endings.

Reloading to before the point of no return also lets you revisit previous regions. Clean up the map, earn achievements, complete missed side quests, and collect any unfound items. Enemies in earlier regions won't scale to your level, making it incredibly satisfying to revisit Dawnshore, for example, armed with Legendary-quality gear.
