Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th
Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.
Version 2.7 concludes the Penacony storyline. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure to Amphoreus, a land shrouded in mystery. While Miss Himeko gathers intel on their next destination, the crew bids farewell to Penacony, reconnecting with old friends and creating lasting memories. This includes a spectacular performance at the Grand Theater featuring two new characters: Sunday and Fugue.
Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final performance. As a 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.
Fugue, previously known as Tingyun, makes her comeback after the harrowing events of Version 1.2. Having narrowly escaped death, she owes her survival to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society. A 5-star Fire character, Fugue excels at breaking enemy defenses. Her Ultimate unleashes a fiery attack that decimates enemy Toughness while dealing substantial Fire DMG.

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan and Firefly, available during the first and second halves of the event, respectively.
A new addition to the Astral Express is the Party Car—a luxurious marble bar complete with a robotic bartender and a breathtaking cosmic backdrop.
The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event lets players transform a storage room into their personalized dream space. Using Express Funds earned from completing tasks, players can collect furniture and design cozy areas like bedrooms and bathrooms.
