Black Ops 6 Gets New Zombies Map

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to introduce an exhilarating new map for its round-based survival mode, Zombies. This map, the fifth addition to the game, was teased through official Call of Duty and Treyarch Studio's X (formerly Twitter) accounts on March 12, 2025. The teaser image showcases a grand mansion, visibly damaged with flaming army car wreckage, dark puffs of black smoke, and fire erupting from within.
The post is captioned with "Personal log. Edward Richtoften recording…" and tagged with "#Zombies." Edward "Eddie" Richtoften, a familiar face to the series, notably featured in Call of Duty: Cold War, is set to return in this Black Ops 6 remake. Fans with a keen eye have identified the setting as the Mansion in Liberty Falls, dated February 1991, aligning seamlessly with the narrative established in the previous Zombies map, The Tomb.
A standout feature of this new map is the absence of Amalgam enemies. In a direct response to a fan's comment on Instagram, Treyarch confirmed that this map will not feature Amalgams, stating simply, "Nope." Known for their high health and powerful attacks, the exclusion of these Elite class enemies could lead to a smoother gameplay experience for players navigating the Mansion.
