This week only, Best Buy is offering an incredible deal on a pre-built gaming PC perfect for 1440p gaming: the Yeiyan Tanto. Equipped with a GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, it's yours for just $1,099.99 shipped—the lowest price we've found for an RTX 4070 gaming PC. This represents exceptional value, especially compared to purchasing a new RTX 5070, particularly if your gaming targets 1080p or 1440p resolutions.
Yeiyan RTX 4070 Prebuilt Gaming PC for $1,099.99

The Yeiyan Tanto boasts an AMD Ryzen 7 5700 CPU, an RTX 4070 GPU, 16GB of DDR4-3200MHz RAM, and a 1TB M.2 SSD. The Ryzen 7 5700 processor, with its 4.6GHz max turbo frequency, 8 cores, and 16 threads, delivers excellent gaming performance. While not the fastest CPU available, its performance is more than sufficient for gaming, which is largely GPU-dependent. Note that the motherboard uses DDR4 memory, making RAM upgrades more budget-friendly. However, upgrading to DDR5 would require a motherboard replacement. With this CPU and GPU combination, a DDR5 upgrade wouldn't yield noticeable performance gains.
The RTX 4070 excels at 1080p and 1440p gaming, easily delivering 60Hz+ frame rates in most titles. DLSS 3.0 support further boosts frame rates. While capable of 4K gaming, a more powerful GPU would offer noticeable improvements at that resolution. The RTX 4070 includes 12GB of VRAM, matching the recently released RTX 5070.
