In *Fields of Mistria*, alongside the usual farming activities, lies a captivating fishing mini-game. Among the diverse aquatic life, the Legendary Fish stand out as the rarest catches. This guide details how to successfully reel in each one.
Fields of Mistria boasts four elusive Legendary Fish. Their rarity is offset by in-game notifications alerting you to their presence at the start of each day. The "A legendary fish is nearby" message signals your chance to hunt these prized catches.
Remember, unlocking the Legendary skill in the Fishing Skill tree (Tier 3, costing 80 Essences) is crucial. This unlocks the ability for Legendary Fish to spawn. While catching all four in your first year might be challenging, prioritize unlocking this skill before year two begins.

The Cherry Fish, a spring-exclusive Legendary Fish, favors ponds. The large pond east of the city is a recommended spot. Focus your efforts on windy days. Its small size helps distinguish it from larger fish shadows. The smaller pond near the Manor House in Mistria Town offers an alternative fishing location.

| Weather | Rainy, Rain, and Storm |
| Size | Medium |
| Location | River |
Summer brings the Lightning Fish, a medium-sized fish found in rivers, specifically those at the Narrows west of the city. Stormy weather is key to its appearance. Explore other rivers within the city or on your farm for additional chances.
| Season | Fall |

Autumn introduces the Leaf Fish, another small fish found in rivers, particularly those along the Eastern Road. Windy days are essential for its appearance.
| Season | Winter |
| Weather | Snow and Blizzard |
| Size | Medium |
| Location | Beach |
Finally, the Snow Fish, a medium-sized winter resident, appears on snowy days at the beach. Explore the shoreline and the small western island for the best chances.
Once caught, donate your Legendary Fish to the Museum. Collecting all four unlocks a reward: a set of Fish Wings. Museum collection progress influences the additional rewards, potentially including furniture, recipes, and treasure chests.
Fields of Mistria is available on PC.
