Chronomon – Monster Farm has just launched in early access on Android, brought to you by Stone Golem Studios. For a one-time fee of $9.99, you can dive into this ad-free and in-app purchase-free monster-taming farm sim.
Manage a Post-Apocalyptic Farm
In Chronomon, you're tasked with rebuilding towns and navigating the mysterious Epoch Syndicate. The game kicks off in a beautifully pixelated, post-apocalyptic world where you'll catch and train over 100 different types of Chronomon. Each of these critters boasts unique traits, rarities, and skill trees, allowing for deep customization and strategic gameplay.
With 39 skill trees and over 300 skills to master, your Chronomon can be tailored for various roles. Some are perfect for exploration and farming, while others are crucial for executing Perfect Hits in battles or unlocking hidden passives. They're not just battle companions; they'll also assist on your farm by planting, harvesting, and even smashing rocks.
Your farming adventures will include over 50 different crops and more than 20 types of fish to catch. The food you cook from these resources keeps both you and your Chronomon in top shape. The game's dynamic weather system introduces elements like snowstorms and rain, which not only affect your crops but also your combat strategies.
Chronomon's story lets you choose whether you want to focus on being a Monster Tamer, a Farmer, or a bit of both. The expansive open world is filled with dungeons, forests, towns, and secret glades waiting to be explored. Get a sneak peek of the game in action below.
Chronomon also Plays with Time
The game's world evolves with the time of day, influencing enemy behavior and NPC availability. You'll also find a mail system and weekly job boards in towns, adding layers of engagement and continuity to your gameplay experience.
Currently, in its early access phase, Chronomon offers a complete main content experience. You can explore 7 towns, engage in both real-time and turn-based battles, manage your farm, fish, craft, and decorate. The developers are committed to enhancing the game over the next year before its 1.0 release.
Chronomon supports a cloud-saving system, enabling seamless gameplay across various devices, including mobile phones, PCs, consoles, and even smartwatches. Yes, you can play Chronomon on your smartwatch! Be sure to check it out on the Google Play Store.
