When specifically asked about a potential release on the Switch 2, Broche responded thoughtfully. He noted, "So clearly, it's too early to say, but we're kind of in a situation where... let's say there are a lot of opportunities showing up - way too many at once - and we're figuring out what we'll go for and what we won't. But yeah, it's definitely something that could be interesting." As the Switch 2 is set to launch soon, fans are eager to see if they can experience the acclaimed Belle Époque-inspired turn-based RPG on Nintendo’s latest handheld console.

No Official Merchandise Yet, But Esquie Plushies on the Horizon

Amid the flurry of opportunities, Sandfall Interactive has also received requests for official merchandise. One of the most popular demands is for a plush of the beloved character, Esquie. However, the studio has yet to release any official merchandise and has warned fans about counterfeit products circulating online. In a tweet on May 14, they stated, "To be clear: any third-party websites selling Esquie plushies are NOT officially licensed."

They further cautioned that many of these unauthorized items use AI-generated artwork, which Sandfall strongly advises against purchasing due to potential scams. Despite this, the studio is actively working on creating official Esquie plushies.
