Co-op Hit Joins Xbox Game Pass Monthly

Xbox Game Pass has added Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders to its catalog, allowing subscribers to experience the co-op base-building game at no additional cost. Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is the 14th game to join Xbox Game Pass in June 2024, following popular titles like Octopath Traveler, The Callisto Protocol, My Time at Sandrock, and EA Sports FC 24.

Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is an action-adventure RPG set in the universe of the titular English medieval hero. As Robin Hood, players must fight, hunt, craft, and steal to help the local people survive under the ruthless regime of the Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders features base-building elements to help expand a small forest camp into a fully-fledged village able to house various members of the community, each with their own profession and tasks, from craftspeople to hunters and guards. Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders has already gathered hundreds of positive reviews on Steam and is now joining the collection of RPGs available on Xbox Game Pass.

Four months after its initial release, Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is joining Xbox Game Pass. Subscribers to Microsoft’s service can get the game for free and begin exploring the open world of Sherwood before fighting the Sheriff of Nottingham and recruiting more companions. For those who would like to try Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders but don’t have an active Xbox Game Pass subscription, Microsoft offers Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions for $1 for the first two weeks. After 14 days, the subscription price returns to the standard $16.99 a month.

New Xbox Game Pass Games Added In June 2024

Since its release in 2017, Xbox Game Pass has introduced a wide variety of games to those who opt into Microsoft’s flagship subscription service. Subscribers get access to a rotating catalog of games for a monthly fee, from first-party Microsoft games available on release day to a selection of third-party titles. Some of the best games currently available on Xbox Game Pass include Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Dead Space, and The Quarry, among many others.

Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is the 14th game to reach Microsoft’s subscription service since the beginning of June. Microsoft has already announced six day-one games that will be joining Xbox Game Pass in July 2024, including the soulslite Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn on July 18, Capcom’s action-strategy game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and the highly anticipated Frostpunk 2 on July 25. More games coming to Xbox Game Pass this July should be announced in the upcoming weeks.
