Ludigames is crafting a wildly entertaining mobile shooter, Cute Invasion, now in live testing on Android in select regions. The game features an army of overly cheery creatures that look like they crawled out of a twisted children’s cartoon.
Players in the US, UK, Romania, or France can dive in and battle the cute horde. The live test runs through early May 2025, paving the way for a soft launch later that month. It’s exclusive to Android users.
Cute Invasion isn’t your typical shooter. Set in the Shadow World, it pits you against an onslaught of ‘Cuties’ whose cloying positivity threatens to wreck everything.
These creatures may seem charming, but they’re a menace! Your mission is to eradicate them before they overrun your territory. The game’s dark, grotesque humor steals the show.
A standout feature is how every shot leaves a visible mark on the Cuties. Activate Frenzy Mode to obliterate them in a frenzy while reloading your ammo.
