2. Complete Lightning Breaks: This quest follows Ghost Town. While dialogue choices don't significantly impact the romance, staying close to Panam and following her instructions is advisable.
3. Complete Life During Wartime: After Lightning Breaks, stick up for Panam during the confrontation with Saul and the Aldecaldos. Choose the dialogue option that supports her. Respond to her message with the suggestion she return to settle things. Wait a few in-game hours/days before proceeding.
4. Complete Riders of the Storm: Respond promptly to Panam's call (within 24 in-game hours). Choose dialogue options showing support for Panam, especially during the confrontation with Saul. During the subsequent scene at the motel, select flirtatious options leading to a kiss.
5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends: Agree to help Panam. Choose dialogue options that indicate closeness and affection towards her. At the end, select the option to cuddle closer to her at the campfire.
6. Complete Queen of the Highway: After waiting a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose flirtatious dialogue options in the Basilisk. Select the option to allow Panam to touch you during the intimate scene. After the Basilisk battle, choose dialogue that reinforces your relationship.
Post-Romance: After completing "Queen of the Highway," you'll have secured Panam's romance and unlocked a specific ending. The "I Really Want to Stay at Your House" mission will become available, allowing you to spend time with Panam in your apartment.
