Thunderful Group's recent financial report reveals a significant delay for the cyberpunk platformer Replaced, developed by Sad Cat Studios. Initially slated for a 2022 release, the game has faced multiple postponements, landing now in 2026. This latest delay follows a previous announcement pushing the release to 2025, with the developers citing the game's unique development challenges. The game, first unveiled at Microsoft's E3 2021 presentation, has generated significant anticipation, prompting Sad Cat to strive for the highest quality. While the studio hasn't officially commented on this latest setback, they have maintained communication with fans, sharing updates such as combat footage and a mini-game showcase earlier this year.
